We are "RETRO-FIT" -----The ultimate outdoor music fest band!! Playing all your favorite cover tunes for a fantastic "fun in the sun" experience- whether it be large party's, street concerts, wine fests or music fests....We are the band for you! Soley dedicated to play your favorite songs to enhance your experience at the event. We consist of highly accomplished musicians, playing a wide variety of "fun in the sun" type music for your enjoyment such as- Little Feat, Steely Dan, Joe Cocker, Eric Clapton, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Allman Brothers, and many others. We can do jazzy sets, bluesy sets, or rock sets depending on the venue's requirements. We consist of lead singer, female back-up singers, keyboards, lead guitar, rhythm guitar, bass guitar, drums, with drum percussionists, and brass accompaniment available. The "Fest Season" has just started, and a list of all of our "up-coming events" will be listed soon- along with pictures, profiles and videos. The 5the 5th annual " Villadego Music Festival" Sat. Aug. 29th - with live music outside- on 2 acres- on a terraced stage < 3:00pm to midnight > food and drink, games, swimming pool. Hi to everyone, our annual 4th of July music festival has been changed slightly to Sat Aug.29th with a raindate for Sun the 30th, and has been revamped into high gear with quality acts by- Petticoat Tea Room, Big Head Fred, Black Country, Sinnocent Affair, Bentt, One Slack Mind, JimiBeckBlues w/Cecil Conley, Crazymaker w/ Allen Lind, and The Jones!! There will be some fun, open mic improv as well. " The Villadego Music Festival" is up and running with 9 confirmed bands and possibly more to be added soon!! These are great local bands from D.C. and surrounding area in a variety of genres, mostly leaning towards different styles of rock music, most songs are original songs written and performed by the individuals, with a few favorite covers thrown in. Light tent camping on 2 acres available and encouraged, bonfire at night. All mature friends and fans of the bands are welcome, well supervised children o.k.,(its a family type event, but we’re gonna rock) No pets and no underage drinking allowed. This is private property and respect of the grounds and surrounding properties is essential. Should be a very cool, laid back atmosphere of fun in the sun and music with a mountaintop view overlooking the D.C area. Some great bands are in the line up and with more wanting to join in, a small donation is appreciated for the bands hard work, if you can, but it’s about fun with good music, musician networking and exposure, not money, so come and enjoy a day on the mountain with the rest of us. It will be necessary to bring lawn chairs, bathing suits, and anything else you feel is required for an overnight stay.
